Yvonne grew up in northwest Pennsylvania, and attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. After graduating, she received a teaching certificate from Edinboro University (Pennsylvania) and then taught geometry and junior high math for two years prior to moving to Rochester.
At Northeast Benefit Services, Inc. since November 1990, Yvonne received the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) Certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in June 1997. Yvonne works on all aspects of the plan, including set-up, monthly deposits, contribution calculations, distributions, loans, and reporting.
Because of her educational background, her strengths and specialties are math-related. “I like to work on plans that offer a technical challenge,” Yvonne notes, “with a variety of financial issues and a larger participant count.”
