Charlene has been with Northeast Benefit Services, Inc. since 1989. Her experience has been primarily administering 401 (k) plans. Her responsibilities include calculating employee eligibility, allocating employer contributions, processing distributions, loans and hardship withdrawals, reconciling trust accounts and quarterly valuation reports.
Charlene is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with and A.A.S. degree in Business.
She was and administrative assistant at Eastman Kodak prior to raising her three children.
Charlene emphasizes, “I enjoy working with people, and am very dedicated to providing good communication and efficient and accurate service to all of our clients.”
