Kathy has worked in the field of qualified retirement plans for more than 30 years. She started in the qualified retirement plan field when she went to work at Retirement Plans, Inc. in 1979. In 1982, she co-founded Actuarial Consulting Services, Inc. and where she held the position of Executive Vice President until she came to work for Northeast Benefits Services in 2011. In her many years of retirement practice, she has managed a staff with over 500 retirement plans, ranging in all types of design and size.
This experience has given her the knowledge to help a client design a plan to suit their needs and coordinate information between interested parties, such as their accountant, financial advisors, and legal advisor as well as communicate the information to the client or staff. Kathy’s talent is unsurpassed in the important design areas of coverage, general non-discrimination, cross testing, participant loans, and other difficult areas of ERISA.
Kathy has one daughter and one son and resides in Clarence, NY with her husband.
